Surface grinding uses a rotating abrasive wheel to produce flat surfaces with high dimensional accuracy and fine finish — removing oxide layers, correcting distortion, and preparing parts for assembly. We grind carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, holding flatness within 0.005mm/300mm and surface finish down to Ra 0.4μm. IATF 16949-certified.

Why Surface Grinding
