We grind 45#, 20# carbon steels, 40Cr, 35CrMo, 20CrMnTi alloy steels, 6061/6063 aluminum, 304 stainless steel, and brass, with diameters Φ5–200mm and lengths up to 200mm. IATF 16949-certified.

We perform both OD and ID cylindrical grinding, eliminating the need for multiple suppliers on round components that require finishing on both surfaces.

Why Cylindrical Grinding

 

For round components that need tight tolerances and fine finishes, other methods have limitations:

Turning – achieves moderate tolerances but leaves tool marks; cannot reach the surface finish of grinding

Milling – unsuitable for cylindrical features; cannot produce consistent roundness

Honing – improves bore finish but removes minimal material; does not correct geometry

 

Cylindrical grinding delivers the productive finishing capability - tighter tolerances than turning, better surface finish than any cutting process, and concentricity assurance between OD and ID features.
