We perform both OD and ID cylindrical grinding, eliminating the need for multiple suppliers on round components that require finishing on both surfaces.

Why Cylindrical Grinding
For round components that need tight tolerances and fine finishes, other methods have limitations:
Turning – achieves moderate tolerances but leaves tool marks; cannot reach the surface finish of grinding
Milling – unsuitable for cylindrical features; cannot produce consistent roundness
Honing – improves bore finish but removes minimal material; does not correct geometry
